Education – Should have completed Any Degree BBM, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECH
Job Description
- Interactions with students & Brand Buildings Discussing with my vertical team and develop and suggesting effective sales strategies for each team
mate. - Sending regular promotional mails, SMS & What’s up messages to prospects about courses and offers if any.
- Contributing to company’s revenue by an effective Business development strategy in the assigned region.
- Meeting the sales targets as well as building a healthy funnel.
- Achieving monthly & weekly enrolment targets.
- Doing adequate market study and gather all possible information about competitors and our target customers.
- Periodically get a 360-degree feedback from the market.
- Responsible for overall student training enrolment and the activities, resulting in Meeting Yearly Targets.
- Coordinating with cross functional teams for brand & our offering awareness in colleges
- Getting in touch with the drop out students and convincing them to re-join/Promoting online / Class room trainings for all modules offered at cranes.
- Creating strategies for new market penetration.
- Briefing about Cranes Varsity’s training offering.
- Conduct an awareness program/workshops at Colleges. Understanding their requirements & training needs.
- Lead Generation.
- Converting leads for all courses (professional diploma courses both online + CBT).
- Understand an effective prospect and create ways to generate a lead.
- Lead Closure – Optimizing sales- from lead to closure.
- Experience in handling team.
- Team Building – Guiding & grooming team mates.
- Developing sales strategies for revenue growth
Roles & Responsibilities
- Discussing with my vertical team and develop and suggesting effective sales strategies for each team mate
- Counselling Students, Understand their Profile &offering/suggesting relevant courses to them
- Passing out information to students regarding the course as well as the value additions which come with our courses
- Contributing to company’s revenue by an effective Business development strategy in the assigned region.
- Meeting the sales targets as well as building a healthy funnel.
- Achieving monthly & weekly enrolment targets
- Coordinating with cross functional teams for brand & our offering awareness in sectors.
- Responding to all incoming queries in timely & professional manner
- Enrolment (Counselling, Cold Calling & Calling website and marketing Leads and there-on Conversion of Leads to admissions)
- Providing telephonic counselling to the leads generated by all sources & converting them in to a walk-in.
- Identifying potential students from the database
- Maintaining student training enquiries database in our CRM
- Preparing day to day reports as and when required & prepare reports on students activities as required by management
- Maintaining enrolled student data & closing every month
- Report preparation on daily basis on the specified format on the day to day basis

Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- 06Years to 10 years’ experience in a university environment and/or working in development/management organization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others in systems.
