Academic Counsellor Position –Inside Sales – EXECUTIVE
Education –Should have completed Any Degree BA, BCOM, BSC, BBM, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECH
Department – Sales
Experience – Minimum 1 Years – 3 years of EdTech/IT/Corporate/Institutions etc

Job Description

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new leads through research, networking, and outreach efforts, including telecalling and fixing client visits for account managers.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits and features of solutions.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs, and provide exceptional support.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, including handling corporate clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position products.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
