Still Wondering How You'll Get
Your First Job?
Learn industry-ready Embedded Systems through hands-on projects, expert mentors and placement-focused training trusted by 25,000+ engineers.
WE'VE HEARD THIS BEFORE
If Any Of This Sounds Like
Your 2 AM Thoughts, Keep
Reading.
Across 25 years and 25,000 students, we’ve sat across the table from almost every version of this worry. The confusion is real — and it’s not your fault. Here’s what we hear most, and what we actually do about it.
Everyone around me is doing AI or web dev. Am I picking the wrong path?
Software is crowded and getting more crowded every batch. Embedded is the one skill machines can’t run without — and almost nobody your age is chasing it. That’s not a risk. That’s your opening.
My degree gave me theory. I've barely touched a real board.
That gap is the single most common thing we fix here. 80% of the program is hands-on — you’re wiring, flashing and debugging real microcontrollers from week one, not reading about them in a slide deck.
Every posting wants "2 years experience" for a fresher role. How is that even fair?
It isn’t — which is exactly why we build your capstone projects to read like real work experience on a resume, not coursework, so you’re not walking into interviews empty-handed.
I've already spent money on one course that led nowhere. What if this is another one?
We take that fear seriously, not lightly. That’s why we don’t disappear after enrolment — our placement team stays on your case till you’re actually hired, not just till the batch ends.
When I'm stuck on a project at midnight, there's genuinely no one to ask.
You won’t be learning off a YouTube tutorial with no one to answer back. 50+ subject-matter mentors — working engineers, not recorded voices — are reachable through the program.
I freeze in interviews because I can't explain my own project properly.
That’s a confidence gap, not a skill gap, and it’s fixable. Mentors rehearse your project story with you before you ever sit across from a recruiter.
My parents keep asking "when will you get a job?" I'm tired of saying I'm trying.
That pressure is real, and it isn’t yours to carry alone anymore. Our counsellors talk you through a realistic timeline you can actually tell your parents — not vague reassurance.
Every week someone posts a new joining letter on LinkedIn. I'm still wondering what to even learn.
Comparing your beginning to someone else’s launch only stalls you further. Pick a skill that’s actually in short supply and get moving — that’s the fastest way out of the scroll-and-panic loop.
Everyone says AI is replacing engineers. Where do I even fit in anymore?
AI can write code. It can’t solder a board, debug a sensor, or make a physical machine respond in real time — that’s exactly the ground embedded engineers stand on, and it’s getting more valuable, not less.
None of this is a coincidence. Every part of this program exists because a student told us this exact worry, once.
SEE HOW THE PROGRAM ANSWERS EACH ONE
ABOUT THAT FEAR OF UNEMPLOYMENT
Your Degree Isn't
The Problem.
Every year, thousands of engineering students graduate. Most of them did nothing wrong — they studied, they cleared their exams, they earned the degree they were told would be enough.
And yet companies keep rejecting them. Not because they aren’t smart. Because a degree alone doesn’t prove you can actually build anything.
That’s exactly why students with average marks but real, hands-on projects on their resume often get hired before university toppers with no practical exposure. Recruiters aren’t hiring your marksheet — they’re hiring proof that you can do the job on day one.
THE COST OF WAITING
What Happens If You
Keep Putting This Off.
WITHOUT INDUSTRY SKILLS
- Resume gets filtered out before a human even sees it
- No interview calls, no feedback, just silence
- You settle for a lower starting salary than you're capable of
- The competition around you keeps getting sharper every batch
WITH EMBEDDED SKILLS
- Real, demonstrable projects that back up your resume
- Interview calls because recruiters can see what you've built
- A shot at a high-demand, less-crowded specialisation
- Active placement assistance instead of a job search alone
HOW WE ANSWER THAT
Software Is Crowded.
Machines Still Need Makers.
The Problem
Lost in a sea of "coders"
Lakhs learn to write code. Very few learn to make hardware think. Go where the resume pile is thinner and the pay respects the skill.
The Fix
Labs, not lecture slides
80% hands-on sessions. Microcontrollers in your hands from week one. You'll debug real boards, not just read about them.
The Outcome
Walk out job-ready, not just certified
50+ subject-matter mentors, live instructor-led classes, and a placement team that stays on your case till you're hired.

Running since 1998 — long enough to have trained the seniors who are now hiring our juniors.
Backed By Cranes Software
A division of Cranes Software International Limited — not an institute that appeared out of nowhere.
50+ Industry-Practitioner Mentors
Taught by people who build embedded systems for a living, not full-time trainers reading slides.
500+ Active Hiring Partners
Companies that return every batch to hire again — the strongest proof a placement claim can offer.
Industry-Reviewed Curriculum
Modules updated with input from working embedded engineers, not a syllabus frozen a decade ago.
A Placement Cell, Not Just A Promise
Mock interviews, resume reviews and a dedicated corporate-relations team working your case till you're hired.
RATED 4.6★ on Google by actual students — not incentivised reviews.

Not at all. The program starts with the fundamentals of Embedded Systems, C programming and electronics. Whether you’re a beginner or have some prior knowledge, mentors guide you step by step until you’re confident working on real hardware.
Yes. Mechanical Engineering graduates with an interest in Embedded Systems, Automation, IoT or Automotive Electronics are welcome, and many have successfully transitioned into embedded careers with the right training.
Absolutely. Diploma holders in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Mechanical, Computer Science and related branches can enrol and build industry-ready embedded skills.
ECE, EEE, E&I, CSE, Mechanical and Diploma students across these streams have all completed this program. If you’re unsure whether your branch is a fit, a quick counselling call will clear it up.
We provide dedicated placement assistance — resume building, mock interviews, technical interview preparation and access to hiring opportunities through our industry network.
