Education – Should have completed Any Degree BA, BCOM, BSC, BBA, BBM, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECHTechnical Trainer (Faculty) – VLSI
Job Description
- The candidate will be responsible for doing the TNA
- Work collaboratively with Varsity management team, and other stakeholders to deliver learning activities that meet the needs of the current and future as well as internal organization.
- Reviewing and revising course materials to ensure they are in line with operating processes, procedures and systems.
- Delivering training to various parts of the business and working with various stakeholders to coordinate and organise training sessions.
- Collating feedback of completed training to evaluate and measure results and making improvements where required.
- Conducting train the trainer workshops to ensure training scalability and effectiveness.
- Conducting Induction and continuous development Programs for all the employees
- Conduct Induction process to new students.
- Provide Training Kit-Manaul, Cranes notebook to new enrolled students
- Send Schedules – Trainer Name, Timings, Module details.
- Send course material maual for new batch, new module.
- Update placement schedules
- Student feedback trainer analysis with graphs and pie charts
- Students performance analysis
- Establishing strong partnerships with the business to gain a strong understanding of current business issues and opportunities, as related to learning and development.
- Create and deliver development programs(L&D) focused on addressing high – impact leadership development needs such as, mentoring, coaching, level – specific leadership development, assessments, etc.
- Assist in the creation of training materials like presentation slide decks, participant manuals,
- Conduct pre/post training tests, assessments and pulse checks as and when applicable
- Support creation of Training Summary Report for every program and share with all concerned
