Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Content Developer for our EdTech platform to design, develop, and continuously improve industry-aligned software development learning content.

Roles & Responsibilities

Design course curriculum and learning paths for software development programs
Create: Course modules & lesson plans, Presentation decks (PPTs), Hands-on coding labs Assignments, projects, and capstone tasks, MCQs, coding challenges, and assessments
Ensure content aligns with job-market and industry standards Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, instructional designers, and product teams
Review learner feedback and update content regularly
Ensure clarity, accuracy, and progressive difficulty levels
Maintain content documentation and version control

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, computer science, engineering, or a related field
Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with technical documentation tools and standards

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the Education and Training industry
Knowledge of specific technical areas such as software development or hardware engineering
Experience with content management systems
