Education – Should have completed Any Degree BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA

Job Description

The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team by managing schedules, tracking sales leads, and providing customer service. The ideal candidate is passionate about education technology, highly organized, and has a customer- centric approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Support:

  • Assist the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and maintaining CRM databases.
  •  Coordinate sales efforts with other departments (e.g., marketing, product development).
  •  Help prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
  •  Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers via email, phone, or online platforms.

2. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Address client queries and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  •  Assist in organizing and scheduling client meetings, product demos, and webinars.

3.Sales Reporting and Data Management:

  • Track and manage sales metrics, including targets, performance, and customer engagement.
  •  Prepare reports and presentations on sales performance for senior management.
  •  Ensure all sales records are accurately maintained and up-to-date in the CRM.

4. Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings for the sales team.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, conferences, and event participation.
  •  Handle documentation and filing related to sales transactions and contracts.

5. Collaboration with Marketing:

  • Work closely with the marketing team to coordinate promotional campaigns.
  • Assist in content creation for newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
  •  Gather market intelligence and feedback from the sales team for marketing strategy improvement.

6. Process Improvement:

  • Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and propose improvements.
  •  Support the implementation of new sales tools and technology within the team.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
  •  Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
  •  08Years to 15 years’ experience in a university environment and/or working in development/management organization.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and
    editing skills are required
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
  •  Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others in systems.
