Job Description
- Handle student queries, walk-ins, and follow-ups; counsel students to join courses in Embedded Systems, VLSI, Data Science, and IoT.
- Perform tele-calling activities.
- Provide effective counselling to prospective students on courses, infrastructure, activities, facilities, and admission processes for professional programs.
- Ensure centres achieve qualitative and quantitative targets as specified by corporate standards and service delivery parameters set by R&D.
- Closely coordinate with the team for cold calling on databases, lead generation, conversion of leads to walk-ins, counselling support, and closures; manage batch formation, trainer allocation, student performance, and skill development.
- Suggest and provide new course offerings based on client requirements.
- Generate leads for training enrollments.
- Support related marketing activities.
- Handle counselling and conversions.
