Job Description
- Assist in training programs and collaborate with senior trainers to create engaging training materials and presentations focused on VLSI concepts and applications.
- Support the delivery of training workshops and seminars, facilitating discussions and hands-on activities related to VLSI design.
- Assist trainees in using VLSI design tools and simulation software during practical sessions.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Help update existing training content based on trainee feedback and current industry trends.
- Provide continuous support to trainees during hands-on labs and project work.
Required Skills: C / Embedded C, basic C++, Microcontrollers (ARM / AVR / PIC), Embedded Linux fundamentals, Communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, Basics of RTOSHardware interfacing knowledge
M.Tech – VLSI (EdTech) –
Digital Electronics & CMOS basics, Verilog / SystemVerilog, RTL Design & Simulation, ASIC / FPGA flow (academic exposure)Awareness of EDA tools
M.Tech – Data Science (EdTech) Python, Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Statistics & Probability, Machine Learning, fundamentals, SQL basics, Exposure to Deep Learning tools (preferred)
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and refinement of Embedded Systems, VLSI, and Data Science training curricula aligned with current industry standards.
- Conduct practical workshops demonstrating Embedded, VLSI, and Data Science design techniques and tools.
- Assist in delivering training sessions on embedded systems, covering microcontrollers, programming, and system design.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical exercises to enhance participants’ learning experiences.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and instructional guides.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment outcomes.
- Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant progress, and recommendations for future improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong interest in teaching with a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Basic knowledge of Embedded Systems, VLSI, and Data Science concepts and tools is a plus.
