Education –Should have completed Any Degree BE, BTECH, ME, MTECH, MCA

Job Description

  • Strong training experience highly preferred in Python, Power BI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning using Tensorflow, NLP, , PySpark,
  • Hands on programming with Cloud computing, Computer Vision software etc.
  • Strong debugging skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Must be a self-starter.
  • Training Graduate Engineers, Working professionals, Corporate freshers and Laterals.
  • College Workshop Trainings.
  • Content Development, Technical Assessment and Evaluation, Project development
  • Expertise in handling multiple inhouse and corporate trainings with proven track record and quality delivery.
  • Experienced in course content development based on the training requirements. Course material development
  • Experience in developing Hands-on projects and hand-holding large groups of students in the same.
  • Corporate Training : Understand the requirements from client and deliver training as per the corporate clients requirements.
  • Working experiences on embedded systems project development
  • Knowledge on Hardware’s
  • Experienced in all phases of product life cycle including requirements, design, coding
  • Managing all aspects of the training cycle i.e. Training need analysis, course development, implementation and delivery, monitoring and evaluation.
  • Ensuring quality delivery to students
  • Establish expectations with project members and provide timely feedback
  • Manage the work of developer resources, mentoring and coaching as needed
  • Provide programming direction to a team of trainers.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Responsible for getting business for the College Training services in Various sectors
  • Scouting new corporates, mapping, cold calling, generating leads, meeting, need analysis, sharing proposals, negotiating, client onboardings.
  • Daily market visits, cold visits, meetings, sales presentations,
  • Prospect new clients by initiating communication through email, telephone and in person.
  • Key Account Management & Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Lead / Pipeline Generation
  • Conduct events & activities and capture leads
  • Coordinate with sales manager by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Preparing and then following up on any sales quotations made for clients, negotiating terms with the client at a cost best suited for them.
  • Responsible for generation of weekly & monthly report for the team
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
  • Payment follow up with clients.
