Job Description
- Assist in Training Program and Collaborate with senior trainers to create engaging training materials and presentations focused on VLSI concepts and applications.
- Support the delivery of training workshops and seminars, facilitating discussions and hands-on activities related to VLSI design.
- Assist trainees in using VLSI design tools and simulation software during practical sessions.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to develop training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises.
- Help update existing training content based on feedback and industry trends.
- Provide support to trainees during hands-on labs and projects.
- Foster a positive learning environment by encouraging questions and discussions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in embedded systems and training methodologies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing training initiatives.
- Maintain records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment results.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and areas for improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and refinement of VLSI training curriculum to align with industry standards.
- Conduct practical workshops to demonstrate VLSI design techniques and tools to trainees.
- Assist in conducting training sessions on embedded systems, covering topics such as microcontrollers, programming, and system design.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical exercises to enhance participants & learning experiences.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and instructional guides.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment outcomes.
- Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant progress, and suggestions for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on VLSI.
- Strong interest in teaching and a passion for sharing knowledge.
- Excellent communication and presentation
- skills. Basic knowledge of VLSI concepts and tools is a plus.
