Job Description
We are seeking a Content Developer – FinTech with an MBA in Finance to design and develop industry-relevant FinTech learning content for our EdTech platform. The role focuses on converting finance concepts and FinTech applications into structured, practical, and learner-friendly educational material.
Key Responsibilities
- Design FinTech course curriculum and learning paths
- Develop:
- Lesson content and concept notes
- PPTs and learner handbooks
- Case studies and real-world examples
- Assignments, quizzes, and assessments
- Simplify complex finance and FinTech concepts for learners
- Align content with industry trends and job roles
- Collaborate with SMEs, trainers, and product teams
- Update content based on market and regulatory changes
- Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and learner engagement
Finance & FinTech Domain Knowledge
- Strong understanding of:
- Financial Markets
- Banking & Financial Services
- Corporate Finance
- Accounting & Financial Statements
- Knowledge of FinTech concepts, such as:
- Digital payments
- UPI, wallets, payment gateways
- Lending, NBFCs, credit scoring
- Blockchain and cryptocurrencies (conceptual)
- InsurTech and WealthTech (basics)
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks (RBI, SEBI – basic level)
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in technical writing, computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Strong technical writing skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with technical documentation tools and standards
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the Education and Training industry
- Knowledge of specific technical areas such as software development or hardware engineering
- Experience with content management systems
