Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a high-energy Corporate Inside Sales Executive to drive our B2B growth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for corporate clients, responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing deals with organizations looking to upskill their workforce. You will bridge the gap between our educational products and the strategic talent needs of modern enterprises.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and research potential corporate clients (SMBs to Enterprises) through LinkedIn, industry databases, and cold outreach.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct discovery calls with HR and L&D leaders to understand organizational skill gaps and training needs.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to purchase order using CRM.
- Proposal Development: Draft tailored commercial proposals and negotiate pricing and terms to ensure a win-win for both the client and the company.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Marketing and Delivery teams to refine lead-generation campaigns and share corporate requirements feedback with the Product team.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong written, verbal, analytical, and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience providing comparable knowledge and abilities.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a university environment and/or working in a development or management organization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation, public speaking, and small group facilitation, with exemplary writing and editing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-learn new systems and train others effectively.
