Education –Should have completed Any Degree BA, BCOM, BSC, BBA, BBM, MBA, PGDM, BE, BTECH
Job Description
- Design creative graphics, illustrations, and marketing materials for digital and print platforms (social media, websites, presentations, brochures, etc.).
- Edit and produce engaging video content, including promotional videos, product demos, social media reels, and event coverage.
- Collaborate with the marketing, social media, and content teams to understand creative requirements and deliver assets on time.
- Stay updated with design trends, editing tools, and best practices to ensure cutting-edge output.
- Create motion graphics, visual effects, and animation to enhance video storytelling.
- Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all designs and videos.
- Manage and organize all multimedia assets for future use.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the creation and refinement of Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science align with industry standards.
- Conduct practical workshops to demonstrate Embedded. VLSI, IOT, Data Science techniques and tools to trainees.
- Assist in conducting training sessions on embedded systems, covering topics such as microcontrollers, programming, and system design.
- Facilitate hands-on workshops and practical exercises to enhance participants’ learning experiences.
- Collaborate with senior trainers to design and develop engaging training materials, including presentations, manuals, and instructional guides.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and assessment outcomes.
- Prepare reports summarizing training effectiveness, participant progress, and suggestions for future improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile
- Strong written, verbal, analytical and presentation skills.
- Master’s degree/Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- 03Years to 05 years’ experience in a university environment and/or working in development/management organization.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills: This includes presentation/speaking skills and small group facilitation. Exemplary writing and editing skills are required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
- Strong computing skills, including the ability to self-teach in order to gain mastery systems as well as the ability to train others in systems
