Student Code of Conduct
Admission
Admission to the training program is confirmed upon successful completion of the required formalities, whichinclude:
- Payment of the stipulated enrollment fee, student will get registration number, Payment receipt & welcome mail, which contains Login credentials of LMS plus a seven-minute introductory video on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Enrollment form to be dully filled with all necessary details, including College, University name and marks obtained, which is mandatory.
- Also need to Upload academic records (10th, 12th, and Graduation/Engineering certificates), the latest resume (soft copy in PDF format) and one photograph
- Without filling out the enrollment form, you cannot proceed further.
Premises Usage & Guidelines
- The Cranes Varsity premises are monitored by surveillance cameras.
- Students should use the premises strictly for educational purposes related to their enrolled course for one year from the date of registration.
- Use of mobile phones is strictly prohibited inside the classroom. Mobile phones are to be placed in the containers kept in the classroom during class hours. Violators will be subject to disciplinary action.
- Students should not bring valuables. Cranes Varsity is not responsible for any loss of items, and no locker facility is provided.
- Bringing external storage devices or electronic media is prohibited. Violation may result in restricted access.
- Students must handle classroom and lab equipment responsibly. Any damage due to the negligence of the student will be charged a minimum of Rs 5000/- towards the damage.
- Hardware or software issues must be reported to the trainer or training coordinators.
- Each student will be issued a non-transferable identity card, which must be worn at all times within the premises. A duplicate card may be issued upon a request and a fee of Rs. 200 to be paid.
- Snacks & lunch are not to be eaten inside the classroom; students are to use the designated area (Pantry on the 5th floor) for the same.
Library
- Library books are for reference only within the premises between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
- Any damage or loss must be reported to the Admi / Training Delivery Team immediately.
Courses
Course materials are accessible via the student portal upon registration
Assessment Process
- Students must attend all tests conducted by Cranes Varsity.
- Missing any test will result in being marked absent; no retests will be provided.
- A minimum passing score of 65% is required for all module tests.
- Three attempts will be given for module tests. If a student fails in all attempts, they must consult the training team for further action
Placement Process - Eligibility
- No Fee Dues.
- No Backlogs in Academics
- 70% Attendance in Each Module
- Completion of all Module Assessments
- Completion of Project Presentation
- Completion of Placement Process
Placement Process - Terms & Conditions
- Direct communication with recruiting companies is prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
- Rejecting an offer after participation in the recruitment process will forfeit further placement assistance.
- Providing false data or fake experience in resumes /Marks Card will result in disqualification from placements.
- Cranes Varsity responsibility is to provide career guidance and support by providing Placement opportunities. Cranes Varsity does not give 100% Job Assurance.
- Selection of any student is depending upon the performance of the student in the interview and on the sole discretion of the company.
- Cranes Varsity does not influence directly or indirectly any client to hire anyone.
- Cranes Varsity does not guarantee any student the success in the interviews. It is depending on the continuous learning of students and student’s performance in the interview.
- Cranes Varsity provides training, Mock Interview, and career guidance. We will also provide refresh training if it required for any student.
- Opportunities provided will depend on the clients’ requirements. It does not have time validity.
Certification
- Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of all assessments, assignments, and projects, with at least 70% attendance.
- Students seeking placement assistance will receive a provisional certificate until successfully placed.
- Course completion letters will not be issued if the student has attended less than two modules or has less than 75% aggregate attendance.
- Certificate requests must be submitted within 30 days of course completion, the request mail to be addressed to the Training Delivery Team with all details of the course.
- Duplicate certificates can be issued upon request, with a fee of Rs. 1000.
Cancellation of Admission
- A written request must be submitted for admission cancellation.
- Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances
Limitation of Liability
Cranes Varsity is not liable for any incidents occurring outside the Institute Premises
Final Note
Cranes Varsity reserves the right to amend rules and policies at its sole discretion. Students must read and understand this Code of Conduct before signing and submitting the undertaking form.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in disciplinary action, suspension, or termination of enrollment
