Job Description
- Design, Develop & Conduct Soft Skill Training for student placement. Provide Feedback & Coaching.
- Collaborate with other trainers, subject matter experts, to coordinate training initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of training activities
- Designing and developing comprehensive training curriculums
- Researching and monitoring the latest industry trends in soft skills training
- Ensuring a smooth execution of the program by liaising with external teams, rack vendors or supporting organizations
- Analyzing and evaluating the trainer programs to make sure they are consistent with the curriculum
- Analyzing and reporting on the efficiency of the training programs
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement.
- Monitor employee performance and response to training.
- Determining course content according to objectives.
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.).
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually.
- Keep and report data on completed courses, absences, issues etc.
- Observe and evaluate the results of training programs.
- Determine the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements.
- Train and guide new employees.
- Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing job responsibilities according to training.
Roles & Responsibilities
- The responsibilities of a soft skill trainer are expansive and can vary based on the requirements of the job. Primarily,they are tasked with developing and delivering interactive training sessions related to crucial interpersonal and leadership skills.
- This includes identifying the training targets, developing engaging and effective training materials, conducting assessments on training progress, and ultimately delivering effective training.

- Minimum college degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources or related field
- Certifications in core soft skills (leadership, communication, negotiation, etc.)
- Knowledge of current trends in the HR industry
